Return Policy

Our Return Policy based on respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable return policy for any exceptions to the table below.

For any return, you have to raise your Return Request within 48 hrs of delivery, beyond 48 hrs of no complaint will be entertained.

Once your Product is been delivered you will be able to find a link in your SasteMay account page, via email or SMS as well, to return the product. Please note that link is valid only for 48 hrs.

Once your return request approved, we will assign our logistic partner to initiate a pick-up of your order. In some cases we may ask you to ship the product to our warehouse, as few PIN codes does not covered by our Return Logistic Partner.

We will reimburse your courier charges, into your Bank account or SasteMay Wallet. We can provide the 10% of your order value max upto Rs. 100, as the return courier charges

Once we receive your returned order by our seller, we will initiate your refund to the same source of payment or SasteMay wallet within 15 working days. Your Bank may take 5-7 days time to reflect the refund in your account. In case of cash on delivery we can process the refund from NEFT. In order to do that will ask you to share your Bank Account details.

Please note that name in the Bank Account should be same as per the SasteMay account name.

In Some cases due to our internal policies or some technical issues we can issue Refund through NEFT only, no matters what mode of payment you have used to place the order.


Beauty & Cosmetic
For hygiene and some others reasons, beauty products does not falls under Return Policy. However you can raise your Return Request in case in case you received damaged item. We can arrange the replacement for the same for you.

You can raise the return request for any apparel category, in case you are not satisfied with the quality, or if you are facing any size related issue or any other issues. You can raise your return or replacement request by following the link shared from us.

Any electronic item does not falls under our Return Policy, only replacement can be provided. For that you have raise the return request


In some cases we are unable to provide the replacement, in order to resolve your complain we will initiate the refund of your order.
